Kira is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for hybrid training that builds strength, endurance, and unshakable confidence. Believing that everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves, Kira brings that energy to every session. From competing in a white-collar boxing fight to working across multiple events with communities like Red Bull and HYROX, Kira has learnt that mindset is everything—and that same mindset is at the core of every client’s training.

She is especially passionate about female empowerment through boxing and is dedicated to seeing more women step into the ring, challenge themselves, and own their strength. With Kira, every session is 110%—tailored to each individual and their goals. Together with her clients, she pushes limits, crushes barriers, and builds confidence, strength, and endurance, all at once.

Kira is a Level 3 Personal Trainer dedicated to helping you unlock your strength, confidence, and full potential - whether it’s your first time in the gym or you’re chasing your next goal. Her hybrid training style blends strength, functional fitness, endurance, and mindset work to push you beyond your limits and make you feel unstoppable.

A former national-level cross-country runner in France, Kira knows what it takes to grow through challenges. In 2024, she stepped into her first white-collar boxing fight against a southpaw as an orthodox fighter, learning resilience, adaptability, and mental toughness—qualities she brings to every session.

Kira believes strong is beautiful and that fitness is for everyone. Her mission is simple: to help you build confidence, knowledge, and strength, inside and out, so you can become the most empowered version of yourself.
