Background

Kira is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for hybrid training that develops strength, endurance and unshakable confidence. She believes everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves and brings that energy to every session. A former national-level cross-country runner in France and a competitor in white-collar boxing, Kira has also worked with dynamic communities like Red Bull and HYROX, learning firsthand that mindset is everything, a principle she embeds in every client’s training.

Kira is particularly passionate about female empowerment through boxing, encouraging women to step into the ring, challenge themselves and own their strength. Every session with her is 110% tailored to individual goals. Together with her clients, she pushes limits, breaks barriers and builds confidence, strength and endurance.
