Created in collaboration with BXR London, the performance space at XO Cape Arnna has been designed to bring world-class training into a luxury resort environment.

The gym combines contemporary design, premium equipment and both indoor and outdoor functional training zones to support strength, conditioning, recovery and everyday movement, whether guests are maintaining routine or pursuing peak performance during their stay.

Created in collaboration with BXR London, the gym at Daios Cove brings elite performance training into one of the Mediterranean’s most exclusive wellness destinations.

Modelled on BXR’s flagship London experience, the space combines world-class equipment, functional training zones and open-air performance areas.

Guests can experience strength, conditioning and recovery training supported by BXR and designed to complement both high-performance goals and restorative luxury living.
