Jack is a young, driven, and enthusiastic trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning. He is passionate about using fitness as a tool to help you become healthier in a holistic manor- enhancing both physical performance and mental well-being.

With a focus on long-term progress, Jack aims to help you build sustainable habits around training, nutrition, and lifestyle. These small, consistent changes grow over time to create lasting improvements in health, mood, productivity, and overall quality of life.

Despite his youth, Jack brings extensive hands-on experience, having worked with a diverse range of clients—from academy footballers to international rowers, including Olympic medalists.

Jack is dedicated to guiding you on your fitness journey and helping you achieve your goals with confidence and consistency.
