I have always been into all sports. In particular football, boxing, Muay Thai and boxing as well as bodybuilding. Fitness/ the gym has not only become a place for me to get fitter physically and mentally but it’s also a safe space for me and one where I feel at ease and at home.

Adam possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience as a personal trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach, with over 10,000 hours of one-to-one coaching experience.
Adam is constantly staying on top of his education and is continually reading and researching to ensure his clients get the best service.
