Front of House / Receptionist (Marylebone Location)
On site roles for both full-time and part-time Front Desk Receptionist role in our Marylebone branch. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring the gym runs efficiently. This includes greeting clients, answering phone calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the gym.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, etc.)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Passion for health and fitness
