What is your background/story?
I started dancing from 3 years old, grew up in tutus. Trained in Ballet, Modern, Tap, Irish, Jazz... you name it, I danced it. Used to regularly compete in dance competitions and festivals. Studied Dance and P.E A levels, had a little break whilst entering the world of work, not fulfilled with that I revisited my love of fitness and qualified as a PT and fitness instructor.
What is your proudest achievement?
My fitness qualifications, being able to do what I love each day puts sunshine in my soul. Also, I'm pretty proud of cycling from London to Brighton.
What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?
Fave, the DEADLIFT. Least fave, lunge jumps.
What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?
My dance training means that I cannot help but have my feet (constantly) on the beat! Using my knowledge of movement and musicality I incorporate this into helping you get the best out of the class. My love for Strength Training enables me to help others realise the huge benefits Strength training will have on your life. It helps you discover the wonderful things not only your body can do, but what your mind can do too. YES. YOU. CAN.

Every day except Thursday and Sunday.

Energetic, Loud and SWEATY.
What’s your naughty cheat meal?
Cookies... lots of them.
Where can we find you at the weekend?
If I'm not in a gym or training clients... you can usually find me on a dance floor.

I HATE bananas. I am qualified in Aqua Spin.
