James’ approach to training is founded upon a scientific approach to exercise and his passion for helping clients to realise their ultimate fitness goals. Sessions are goal focussed, but enjoyable and his experience spreads across a wide variety of clients, each of whom he approaches as a unique challenge.
James qualified as a personal trainer through the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine in New York, specialising in corrective exercise, performance and fitness nutrition.
On his return to the UK in 2015 he completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Science at the Open University and a Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University. He recently qualified as a sports massage therapist.
