What is your proudest achievement?
David Beckham asking me to be his yoga teacher at BXR.
What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?
I’m addicted to yoga, particularly partial to a headstand. Something about turning yourself upside down feels v liberating. I can’t run as I have a real-life allergy (no one believes me) but I have sneezing fits, my face swells & I get so wheezy! True story.
What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?
It’s all about an enthusiastic vibe ... with a combination of good music, encouraging words & personal attention you can make Susan/Steve feel like a superstar.
When are your classes?
Monday - 8:15pm, Friday - 7:30pm, Saturday - 2:30pm.
What’s your music style in class?
Chilled w a little pump up for the abs section. ATM I’m loving the late Avicci’s - Feeling Good, partly cos it’s pretty emotional after his passing and just a general great track to yogi to.

What’s your naughty cheat meal?
Mildred’s have this ‘chicken’ which is divineeeee, being vegan, I try to stay away from fake meats but this is a must try even for meat eaters!
Where can we find you at the weekend?
This particular weekend: teaching on a retreat in Mykonos Otherwise, sipping mojitos on a sunny rooftop somewhere, dog in tow.

My left ear pokes out way more than the right, and I’m a foot model.
