Doug has extensive experience in capacity as both an Osteopath and Strength and Conditioning coach.

His varied skill set has helped people from all walks of life to return to their best following injury, he also specialises in sports performance and aesthetic transformation.

BACKGROUND

Doug holds a Masters in Osteopathy and is a fully registered Osteopath. His detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology and functioning of the human body enables him to offer clients an extra dimension to their exercise programming and wider wellbeing needs.

He offers methodologies and treatments to address pain, dysfunction and improve performance as well as highly comprehensive and bespoke strength, conditioning and rehabilitation programmes.

Due to his unique skill set, he has experience working with clientele ranging from those rehabilitating from serious pathologies to world class athletes.
