What is your background/story?
Dom got into training via life because to get through life u must be prepared! But on a more serious note training was inspired by my daddy who always took me to the gym when I was young and started competing in Kickboxing before becoming a professional athlete.
What is your proudest achievement?
Is becoming a dad. Sporting wise I would say it was either winning the Queensbury boxing league title or having my professional boxing debut. And obviously pulling the fittest bird in Ayia Napa out of all of us lads.
I got a few: Nubian Soldier, The General, The Jedi Ultron, Ethan, The king, and self-proclaimed "Killmonger" (not because I kill, but because I created killer workouts #BlackPanther)
What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?
I love press ups and pull ups. Bodyweight is best in my humble opinion. Exercise I'm not that found of is sitting still...
What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?
I like to bring high energy and movement knowledge to classes making sure you move well and have fun doing it.
When are your classes?
Afternoon and evening's.
What’s your music style in class?
I have no favouritism around songs but I like something with a good beat and rhythm music choice is usually hip hop funky house and baseline.

Location-place to Be Vibe-Energy on Fire. Mind state-Easy work plus focus
What’s your naughty cheat meal?
Something with Sugar!!
Where can we find you at the weekend?
With my son in the gym or with my girlfriend. #simple.
One thing you can’t live without?
My son and boxing.
