BACKGROUND

Dan has been a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for nearly 10 years and has delivered in the region of 9,000 hours of 1:1 coaching, amassing a wealth of first-hand experience, catering for both performance and aesthetic based goals. He has worked with a number of professional footballers who have played in the English Premier League, English Championship and German Budesliga.

George Groves and Lucien Reid are just two of the active professional boxers who he has worked with. He has prepared fighters for world title fights in the UK and Las Vegas and carried out a number of high altitude training camps in the Big Bear Mountains, California.

As a chosen expert for Women’s Fitness magazine, Dan writes monthly articles about the importance of strength training for women, he is also a contributor to several other industry leading magazines. In 2008, 2010, 2011 Dan received the ‘Personal Trainer of the Year award’, out of 2500 trainers nationwide at the Virgin Active Star Awards.
