What is your background/story?
Born and raised in London - went to school in Blackheath, where I discovered and developed a love for Track and field. In the initial stages I competed in many different disciplines but slowly started becoming a 200m/400m athlete. Studied BSc Sports & Exercise Science at university.
What is your proudest achievement?
Besides becoming a dad…Being a Nike Trainer.

What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?
Favourite, Med ball slam – least favourite …. OH squat (because I’m terrible at it).
What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?
Everyone moving well and aiming to unleash the athlete within.
When are your classes?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, a.m and p.m
What’s your music style in class?
Rap, RnB and anything with a heavy baseline… but the cool down vibes get real soulful.
What’s your favourite workout song?
Too many to choose from, it changes frequently. So many good songs to train to!

What’s your naughty cheat meal?
Jerk Chicken, Rice & Peas + Mac & Cheese, Plantain, Coleslaw and a Guinness Punch. (Heaven)
Where can we find you at the weekend?
Spending time with family and friends.
One thing you can’t live without?
Being Active, being sedentary would drive me crazy.

I was in Harry Potter and I worked in Finance before Fitness.
