What is your background/story?
I wish I ‘ve got an inspiring professional fitness portfolio to show but no - I just REALLY enjoy classes that I do, love it enough to instruct it. I am constantly feeding off the inspiration I get from the people who come to my class and lucky/proud to be doing it as a career amongst other hustles!
What is your proudest achievement?
Finding and going after my passion in an industry I enjoy to thrive in rather than doing a job because I “have to”.
What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?
Favourite: Deadlifts deadlifts deadlifts! Least favourite: Running.
What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?
A fun and not so serious atmosphere for you to let loose + challenge yourself.
When are your classes?
7am Wednesday and every weekend (time varies)
What’s your music style in class?
I play a mix of EDM/Electro and the odd remix. Bit loud and mostly fun! Can’t nail down to one favourite song but it’ll have to be from Diplo/Boys Noize.

What’s your naughty cheat meal?
More like a naughty snack that could turn into a meal...truffle chips with aioli!

Probably in bed...definitely in bed.

Laptop = Life.

I used to sing in movies. I have a background in graphic design and still freelancing every now and then! Hit me up if you need work done :)
